Hello,
I logged onto my computer to discover that the latest version of Firefox is not reading with Jaws. Even with several restarts of the computer, Jaws, and a reinstallation of the program, nothing seems to be resolved. Has anyone experienced this issue?

Not yet and I think I have the latest.
Here's the thing, just uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox doesn't exactly reset it.
You have to do a clean install, or it will just remember all the settings.
Basicly you are just redoing the problem.
Go to the help section with another browser and learn how to clean install it and see what you've got.

Okay, I completely removed Firefox from my computer along with deleting one folder from %appdata% and another one from appdata, then local. Reinstalled and Jaws is still not reading anything. Completely removed Jaws and associated components, reinstalled, and am receiving the same result. Does anyone know what could be wrong?

You might try changing your screen resolution.
Maybe it isn't correct.
Otherwise, I'm stumped.

All was working fine until the update. What's weird is my laptop has the latest version, and there are no problems.
Well, go back to the previous version if it just won't work.
So far I've not had any problems with it, but if I do, and solve them, I'll tell you what I did.
Please do the same if you get yours working again.
